![]() If you didn't follow me anti-lag steps additionally follow this step: * on computer two, open trailmakers and type the ip address you just got in the little field, and the password if you set one On linux or mac i'm not sure, but try getting your computer's "name" (usergiven and should be something like st0rmwielder's Mac) then go to your router page (try all these in your browser: 10.0.1.0, 10.0.1.1, 10.0.0.1, 10.0.0.0, 192.168.0.0, 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.0, 192.168.1.1) and go to something like "Devices" or the name of your wifi, or "Network" or something and find the name, then copy the numbers that should be somewhere nearby (the reason i cant provide specific instructions is because every router has a different interface on here, hell some like mine might even have their own mobile app, or TWO! (yes like mine)) * get the local ip address to computer one, on windows open cmd and type "ipconfig" (no admin required) and copy the "IPv4 Address" field, if you have hamachi make sure not to copy from that one. * make sure to put it to hidden (unless you want people joining, this setup should let people join from online too) ![]() * make sure both computers are connected to the same network get two computers, the most powerful one will be "computer one", if they're the same it doesn't matter It's honestly not too hard to bodge up a working splitscreen (steps to minimize lag are marked with an asterix) ![]()
